Shipping, Cancellation, Returns and Refunds Policy

Shipping
  • We strive to deliver products purchased from Sonokademy site in an excellent condition and within a reasonable time, after your order has been placed.
  • For all purchases within or outside India, a shipping charge (depending on the location) would be applicable
  • You are requested to provide a valid, complete, accurate shipping address, to which the order will be delivered
  • Medialogic Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any inconvenience and / or delays caused in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances and / or due to invalid / incorrect / incomplete address provided by the customer(s).
Cancellation

Cancellation is applicable only for physical material like pen drive/books/booklets delivered in person through courier/postal/delivery partners. You may cancel an order made on the site, by calling us at our customer care numbers provided in the Contact Us page. Any request for cancellation has to be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation for paid digital content is not possible.

Returns

A product is eligible for return if it satisfies the following:

  • The product received is damaged / defective
  • A wrong product is delivered.
  • The product is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product is retained in the original packaging.
  • You should have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The product must be returned within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt
Refunds
  • Once we receive the returned product, we will notify you of the same, through e-mail.
  • We will inspect the product, and notify you whether it is eligible for return, based on the Returns Policy.
  • If the product is eligible for return as per as Returns Policy, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or the original method of payment). The exact time taken to receive the credit will depend on your card issuer’s policies.
  • For cancellations based on our Cancellation Policy, any amount paid will be credited back to your account, in a week’s time, in the form of cash back, excluding processing fee. The exact time taken to receive the refund will depend on your card issuer’s policies.
